This policy explains cancellation conditions, fixed and non-fixed rate order rules, refund eligibility, refund timelines, and the process to request cancellation on JaiBhomiBills.

Please read this policy carefully before placing or cancelling any order. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, order type, documents, compliance checks, and applicable transaction conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders, transactions, and service requests placed through JaiBhomiPay.in / JaiBhomiBills and operated by Jai Bhomiyaji Security (Opc) Private Limited.

The cancellation and refund treatment may vary depending on whether the order is a Non-Fixed Rate Order or a Fixed Rate Order.

Once the actual transaction has been executed, cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible refund will be processed as per this policy.

Cancellation of Non-Fixed Rate Orders

I. Nature of Non-Fixed Rate Orders

If you opt for a Non-Fixed Rate Order, you will be required to confirm your eligibility to book a retail transaction. However, you are not required to pay any deposit or make full payment equivalent to the order value to lock in the transaction rate.

The applicable rate will be the rate displayed on the Website at the time of actual transaction execution.

II. Cancellation of Non-Fixed Rate Orders

Non-Fixed Rate Orders may be cancelled by either party through a written request, provided that:

  • The other party is informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled transaction time.
  • The cancellation request is made before full payment is completed, whichever is earlier.
There are no charges for cancelling a Non-Fixed Rate Order under these conditions.

III. Irrevocability After Execution

Once the actual transaction has been executed, a Non-Fixed Rate Order cannot be cancelled.

IV. Cancellation After Full Payment

If full payment for a Non-Fixed Rate Order has already been received and a cancellation request is made thereafter, cancellation charges may apply depending on associated cost, risk, and rate fluctuation at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation of Fixed Rate Orders

I. Nature of Fixed Rate Orders

For a Fixed Rate Order, users have the option to lock in the live transaction rate displayed on the Website at the time of booking.

You will receive the same locked rate, provided that the actual transaction is executed within three (3) working days from the date of order confirmation.

II. Booking of Fixed Rate Orders

Fixed Rate Orders can be booked in either of the following ways:

  • By paying a fully refundable 5% rate-guarantee deposit, non-adjustable, of the booked transaction value.
  • By making full payment upfront through the JaiBhomiPay.in Website at the time of placing the order.
  • By converting a Non-Fixed Rate Order into a Fixed Rate Order and making full payment.

The deposit or full payment may be made via:

  • Credit/Debit Card.
  • Net Banking.
  • QR Code.
  • NEFT/RTGS using our secure payment gateway.

III. Automatic Cancellation for Non-Utilization

If a Fixed Rate Order is not utilized within three (3) working days, including the booking date, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the entire 5% deposit paid to Jai Bhomiyaji Security (Opc) Private Limited will be forfeited.

IV. Cancellation Due to Regulatory or Compliance Issues

We reserve the right to cancel Fixed Rate Orders in the event of:

  • Non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines.
  • Non-availability, insufficiency, or invalidity of supporting documents required under RBI/FEMA, KYC, or Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines.
In such cases, the 5% deposit will be forfeited to cover rate fluctuations, operational costs, and associated risks.

Forfeiture in Specific Scenarios

A 5% forfeiture of the total order value will apply in cases where Jai Bhomiyaji Security (Opc) Private Limited is unable to execute the order within three (3) working days due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • The trip is postponed or rescheduled by the customer.
  • Any mandatory document is missing, incomplete, or not submitted in time.
  • The customer already possesses a card from the issuing bank/company arranged by or via the company, and this impacts execution of the order.
  • The actual traveler is unavailable at the time of transaction execution.
  • Forged, tampered, or expired documents are submitted.
  • Insufficient balance on the card or in currency notes for encashment/card unload orders.
  • Incorrect product or service type is selected at the time of booking.
  • Full payment for the order is not made to the authorized dealer within three (3) working days of booking.
  • Incorrect, misleading, or inaccurate information is provided, resulting in delay or cancellation of the order.

Refund Policy – Fixed Rate Orders

I. Successful Completion of Fixed Rate Orders

Once a Fixed Rate Order has been successfully completed on the JaiBhomiPay.in portal within the validity period, we will refund 100% of the rate-lock deposit, if applicable. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for paying the deposit.

II. Cancellation or Failure to Complete Fixed Rate Order

In the event of cancellation or failure to complete a Fixed Rate Order, the rate-lock deposit may be partially refunded or fully forfeited depending on the actual loss or cost incurred by our affiliate money changer or authorized dealer.

III. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a Fixed Rate Order, you must notify Jai Bhomiyaji Security (Opc) Private Limited of your intent to cancel and forfeit or claim refund of the deposit.

The company will not initiate any refund until your cancellation request is received, verified, and processed.

IV. Deadline for Partial Refund Requests

The deadline to request a partial refund of the deposit for cancelled Fixed Rate Orders is within 7 days from the date of cancellation or from the end of the validity period, as applicable.

If no refund request is received within this period, the rate-lock deposit will be deemed forfeited by the customer.

Refund Turnaround Time (TAT)

Approximate timelines for processing refunds are as follows:

Net Banking 5–7 working days
Debit Card Up to 10 working days
Credit Card Up to 21 working days
These timelines are indicative and based on standard banking practices. Actual credit may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, and settlement cycles.

How Can an Order Be Cancelled?

Your email must include:

  • Order ID.
  • Registered mobile number.
  • Registered email address.
  • Reason for cancellation.

Manage Your Order Online

  • Open the order confirmation email sent by JaiBhomiPay.in.
  • Click on the β€œManage Your Order” button/link.
  • Choose the β€œCancel Order” option and follow the on-screen instructions.
Where applicable, any eligible refund, full or partial, will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy mentioned above.
